This action plan is supported by the state and the region Poitou-Charentes and it has the purpose to manage the human resources, participate in preventing the professionals risks, encourage de development of VAE (a procedure that allows to grant on work experience) in companies.
This plan has three actions that concern the companies and the employs from this industry:
- organize some special days with the purpose to aware and inform the managers of companies concerning the yearly evaluations
- organize a committee of prevention professional risks in order to improve the work conditions of employees from this industry, through capitalization of good practice from the companies that have already undertaken this responsibility
- develop VAE in this industry, which is practically entirely missing. By supporting the employees, they wish to undertake a procedure that allows to grant work experience.
