La Miariade and the association ProfessionsBois have organized on 5th of July 2011 the meetings Passerelles R&D dedicated to professionals from the wood industry.
This event had the advantage of presenting new products and meeting experts and companies from this industry. The forest and wood industry from Basse-Normandie represents 3000 companies. Mixing the traditional with modernity, using the wood is in the parting of the environment and territorial stakes.
The objective of these meetings is double:
- discovering the ways and innovations in order to value the wood
- allowing companies and centers of technological innovation to meet face to face in order to develop new partnerships and to realize commercial, industrial and scientific projects.
