L`Appel de la Forêt represents an event through which we discover all the functionalities of wood in daily life: wood construction, furniture, decorations, heating, toys manufacture, biodiversity reservoir, forests. After the editions from 2006 and 2008, the event comes back in 2011, the international year of forest, with trips and walks in the forest, a professional exhibition, creative workshops, meetings, debates, expositions on subjects from the wood and forests industry. For 2 days, there will be organized demonstrations and meetings in the forest, exhibitions and conferences, conferences that have the purpose to bring out wood qualities and to pull away prejudices concerning wood.
