New house constructions in the US have surpases expectation in last month, signaling a sign of stabilisation of the real estate market in the US.
House sales have increased in June, with an annual rithm of 384.000 units, according to the data presented by the Department of Commerce, 11% higher than the data recorded in May.
Despite the encouraging news, the medium price of a new house has dropped to 206.000$, 5.8% smaller than last month and 12% smaller in comparisson to the same period of last year.
According to some data published last week, house construction in the US have gone up by 3.6%, overexpectations, while constructions destined for housing 2 person families have gone up with the highest rate recorded since 2004 (14%), signaling the market’s stabilisation.
