   We prefabricates modules based on timber structure. Modules are complete building sections where the floors, walls and roof are connected in the factory. The modules are designed and manufactured as traditional timber frame structures with studs/beams at standard spacing c/c 600mm, internal lining and mineral wool insulation. Parts for the external envelope of the building include also moisture and wind barriers, external cladding or roof covering.
The modules usually have a maximum width 5,4 m, height up to 3,8 m and length up to 14m. The module houses can be designed according to architectural design presented by the Client.
The following works are also performed in the factory for the modules:
•installation of all doors and windows;
•completion of over 95% of the internal finish of the rooms
•completion of most of the external finish;
•completion of all pipe and cable systems to the extent of the room element- electricity, water supply, sewerage, ventilation, communications, a security alarm system, TV, a sprinkler system, etc.;
•installation of all sanitary equipment - mixers, WC units, bathtubs, washbasins, shower cubicles, etc.;
•installation of kitchen and bathroom furniture and household appliances.

   ELA NATTO S.R.L. Company manufactures and assembles houses with structure made from wood. Their construction system is the "platform framing" (concrete base) type. This construction system is in the most prevalent in USA and Canada due to his qualities, replacing therefore the old systems "balloon framing" type.
The house resistance structure is made from elements realized from resinous timber that are assembled in frames. These frames are made from studs arranged perpendicular on the wall direction (posts) that is propped on a bottom plate; the loadings are uniform distributed on the top plate.
The frames are erected through their veneered with the panels OSB type.
This type of structure confers higher advantages towards the classical structures from masonry or from massive timber:
Generally, the project of a house may involve numerous constructive and architectural solutions, which leads to different costs from one situation to another. This makes the generalized offer per square meter be difficult and unprofessional.
Our pricing starts basically at 125 € / m² including frame made from resinous timber treated for fire proof, bugs, termites and humidity, we are assembling the walls and the wall framing with OSB 12mm panels. Finished roof with asphalt paper.
Exterior studs are 200mm, interior 150mm. By adding the exterior wall with 25mm resinous timber treated and interior walls with insulations electrical panels pluming etc the price will be calculated different according to costumer’s specifications.
