BRIEFLY PRODUCTION PROCESS DESCRIPTION
The working cycle starts with delivery of wet sawdust by a loader on board feeder with scraper and smooth speed regulation of the shift. From the board feeder sawdust goes to the separator of thicker cuts, where it is filtered from the larger wooden parts, boards and stones. Filtered sawdust goes to the wet source warehouse.
Wet sawdust goes from silos to dryer board conveyor which automatically measures it in faster or shorter way depending on water content of the sawdust (it is fully automatic system with microprocessor controller). At this moment it is dried from 55-60% humidity to 12-14%. Dry source goes to the expansion container where dry sawdust is divided from water vapour and drying agent. Dry material is picked up from dryer`s expansion container by spiral conveyor outside, where the water content is measured, which is used to the automatic dryers controller. Drying agent and water vapour goes through the cyclone where is cleaned from volatile substances and goes to the atmosphere. Separated dust in cyclone goes through the lock/sluice/floodgate back to the production process.
Dry sawdust goes through the pneumatic separator and magnetic separator, (where small dirtiness is divided like stones, metal) and goes to the grinder (hammer mill). In this place everything is shredded to the right and homogeneous cut. When sawdust is properly fragmented than it goes with the help of pneumatic transport to the silos (dry sawdust warehouse).
Shredded sawdust goes from the silos to the briquette`s buffer container, where from the spiral conveyor doses stable and regular to the briquetting machine, where happens the proper clumping sawdust to briquette.
When briquette goes out from the briquetting machine it is send to picking up machine length from 6m up to 12m) depending on what type of briquette is produced (industrial, for fireplaces).
Next on briquette is cooled and hardened and after that goes to the pounder where automatically falls to the bags or it goes to the cutter where it is cut to the same length pieces (10 30 cm). When it is done than a worker puts them on the packing machine feeder where is packed to 5 15 kg packets.
Fuel delivery system to the dryer`s heather.
Dryer`s heather is fired with wooden waste (wet it is perfect).
Outside the production hall under roof or in any other room is chopper, where wooden waste is shredded and next is delivered to the fuel magazine (silos, 24h safety deposit of fuel for the dryer). The chips are taken from silos via spiral conveyor and are delivered to the loading feeder of the heather (sztoker) equipped with a fuel level sensor which controls the spiral conveyor. Feeding the resource to the heather is automatic and is controlled via microprocessor controller, which also controls heather`s temperature, turns it on and off the heather (sztoker) and heather`s blow ventilator.

In mixer/conditioner 180°C vapour water is added to the material, which increases gluing efficiency of the pellets, stable work of pellet mill and less use of die and rollers.
The resource goes back from mixer/conditioner to the pellet mill where sawdust is ironed to pellets. Hot pellets are transported to the antiradiation cooler where is cooled and hardened. Cold product goes to the sieve, where dust and volatile substances is separated. Filtered pellets go to the ready product container and dust with volatile substances via inhalation process goes back to the production process through grinder (hammer mill).
To the ready product chamber is connected automatic line responsible for packing pellets in bags from 10kg up to 50kg. That chamber is also equipped in docking station with electronic scale ready to pack big-bags.
